We offer our guests four conference rooms (total size 245 sqm.), W-LAN and DSL-line free of charge, W-LAN may be also used free of charge in our hotel rooms. The whole seminar floor is optically designed with Kenyan flair… our guests are introduced to a world »Out of Africa«.
For meetings and workshops, our boardmeeting room »Tsavo« presents itself with the latest techniques (integrated LCD projector, W-LAN, DSL-line, amplifier, DVD and video). Additionally we can offer you our seminar foyer with comfortable seating facilities.
In order to offer our conference guests that special something, we have arranged some attractive incentives for you.
From organization to realization of your event – a personal conference manager is at your side to consult and guide you as your competent contact person.
As special regard we reserve one of our four exclusive theme suites for the conference’s speaker. The luxurious rooms are designed with love and individuality and contain optically or spaciously separated sleeping- and living room, adapted to the suite’s theme. You can choose from Mallorca-, Kenya-, Starnight and Sauerland-Suite, depending from availability.
